G2 Field Trip to Osaka Science Museum
On October 28, 2025, the Grade 2 class visited the Osaka Science Museum! In UoI, our central idea focuses on how technology and tools have helped us learn more about Earth and the solar system. At the museum, students were able to explore various exhibits about this topic and watched a planetarium show about stars. G8 Field Trip to National Bunraku Theatre
This month our grade 8 class went to see the Bunraku performance, The Love Suicides at Sonezaki by Chikamatsu Monzaemon. This play is an extension of our Othello unit and Chikamatsu Monzaemon is known as the Shakespeare of Japan. All of us really enjoyed watching the play, albeit some people were very sleepy during the play’s opening.
