On December 4th, 2024, Grade 1 students had a field trip visit to the Kewpie Mayonnaise factory in Kobe. Students learned about the importance of teamwork and cooperation in creating a product. The tour showcased how various departments work together, from selecting ingredients to packaging the final product. The factory staff explained how each team member’s role is essential in ensuring everything runs smoothly. Students were able to connect this real-world example to their classroom lessons about group dynamics and collaboration. The field trip highlighted the power of working together to achieve a common goal, giving students a deeper understanding of how cooperation is key to success in any project or workplace.
