A Vibrant Celebration at AIS: International Culture Festival 2024
The 2024 International Culture Festival, held on November 23rd at AIS Osaka, brought the community together for an unforgettable day of cultural exploration and celebration. The event featured stunning cultural displays from Jamaica, Ancient Greece, New Zealand, Japan, and more, highlighting traditions, history, and creativity.
A highlight of the festival was the series of performances by AIS students and members of the local community. The ELC Dance Club charmed the audience with their delightful routine, while the AIS Dance Club brought energy and style to the stage. Local talents, such as the Community Choir and Yachiyokai, wowed attendees with traditional Japanese instruments and a Mikoshi demonstration.
Guests also enjoyed delicious international cuisines from food vendors, including Jamaican, Australian, and Japanese dishes, alongside interactive activities and games in the courtyard. The festival was a true testament to AIS’s commitment to fostering international-mindedness and cultural appreciation.
