G2 Field Trip to Osaka Science Museum

On October 28, 2025, the Grade 2 class visited the Osaka Science Museum! In UoI, our central idea focuses on how technology and tools have helped us learn more about Earth and the solar system. At the museum, students were able to explore various exhibits about this topic and watched a planetarium show about stars. Students also completed a small scavenger hunt to find displays about Earth and space. After lunch, students explored the rest of the museum’s exhibits about rocks and minerals, sound, light, force, and electricity. Overall, it was a valuable opportunity for students to see topics studied at school in a different context and a great day of hands-on learning!
